Coaching Agreement & Checkout Terms
AI & Automation Coaching. Provider: Def Launch, LLC ("we" / "Ahad"). Client: the person purchasing ("you").
What you're buying
AI & Automation Coaching — 6 Weeks to a Systemized Business: six 1:1 60-minute coaching sessions, office hours between sessions, and a starter pack of prompts, skills, templates, and a core database. We build real AI workflows on your actual business. Price: $2,250 paid in full (or a payment plan where offered).
What we guarantee
We guarantee our work, not your results. If you attend all six sessions, complete the agreed work between them, and you don't have a working AI workflow running in your business by the end of week six, we keep coaching you at no additional cost until you do. A "working AI workflow" is a process or artifact we build together that runs in your business. It is not a revenue or income outcome.
What we don't guarantee
Coaching is not done-for-you. Results depend on your effort, execution, and circumstances. We make no income, revenue, or specific-result guarantee. Anything discussed about outcomes is illustrative, not a promise.
Refunds (pro-rated)
This is coaching and your results track your effort, so there are no full refunds. If you choose to stop, or decide it isn't working for you, you may request a refund for the portion of the program not yet delivered:
- Non-refundable: a $450 enrollment fee (covers onboarding and the Week 1-2 discovery, audit, and leverage mapping) plus $300 for each session already held.
- Refundable: $300 for each of the six sessions not yet held.
- Example: you stop after two sessions, so $450 + $600 (two sessions) is retained and $1,200 (four remaining sessions) is refunded.
- Refund requests are honored within 10 business days, to the original payment method.
Your responsibilities
- Attend each session (or watch the recording) and complete the agreed work between them.
- Bring your real workspace and decisions. You make the calls; we build alongside you.
- Reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions are recorded and office hours cover gaps. A no-show without notice counts as a held session.
Ownership and confidentiality
- You own the workflows and outputs we build for your business. The templates, prompts, and frameworks we provide are licensed to you for your own use, not for resale or redistribution.
- We keep what you share confidential, and ask the same of you regarding our materials.
Payment, disputes, and acceptance
- By completing checkout you agree to these terms.
- If something's wrong, contact us first at support@g8n.ai. The refund policy above is the agreed remedy. Initiating a card chargeback in place of that process is a breach of these terms.
- This agreement is between you and Def Launch, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, governed by the laws of the State of Texas (our principal place of business).
